The naming, packaging and merchandising of No Nonsense Party hose changed the face of hosiery merchandising for American women. In doing so, it changed the aisles of supermarkets, made the color orange belong to a singe product and for the firs time, offered inexpensive sheer hosiery to a fashion conscious American public. It was the single product reason that resulted in Gulf+Western purchasing Kayser Roth.
